Rice-friendly “Snow temperature Milling”
Brown rice maintains stable freshness all year round through “snow room storage,” but due to its low grain temperature, condensation occurs during milling. “Snow temperature rice milling” is an innovative rice milling method that uses snow to cool the rice milling equipment itself and prevent condensation (patented: Patent No. 7091420).
At the same time, the cold air generated from the snow suppresses the activation of enzymes within the rice grains, removes the odor of old rice, absorbs odors, and suppresses the occurrence of pests.
By reducing loads such as condensation, oxidation, and frictional heat, we aim to create an environment and taste that are friendly to rice.

Production Management
In the rice milling room, the room temperature is controlled and access is restricted, and the person in charge actually holds the rice in his hands and checks the rice milling status each time.
The introduction of the FA system prevents contamination and smoothly coordinates with the rice milling tank.
When packing rice, we encapsulate nitrogen, which is the same component as in air, and seal it with the oxygen content ratio extremely low to prevent oxidation and deterioration.
As a countermeasure against contamination, we provide hygiene management guidance, employee training, entry control, carry-in management, and HACCP compliance by a third party in the packing room.
In addition, we carry out fresh control of rice milling for products and manage products.
The quality control office analyzes the data of polished rice. Based on the data extracted, we judge the quality of our products.
